Turnaround Time & Shipping

The current turnaround time is 2-5 business days (please note this does not include shipping time). If you are in a rush to receive your order, please send us an e-mail and we would be happy to let you know know when you can expect your order to ship. You can usually expect your order to come within 2-10 business days after shipment for Canadian orders and up to 10-14 business days for US and other countries. Please note that because the shop is located in Canada, your order shipping to the USA could take longer than 14 business days due to border crossing and customs. These are always approx. delivery times and may vary during times of the year  

Delivery Policy 

Canada orders: we ship all items using Canada Post. We offer a flat rate shipping price of $5 up to $50 before taxes. This option ships *Lettermail and is NOT tracked or insured. There is no insurance or replacement if your order does not arrive. There is also no way to track your order if it is sent via Lettermail shipping. Tracked Parcel shipping will be charged if your order exceeds $50. The cost of this is $15 CAD. We HIGHLY recommend upgrading for shipping if you are in a rush to get your order.  You will receive a tracking number and your parcel will include up to $100 insurance. All Canadian orders over $175 will receive free shipping! *If an order does not arrive, it is not the responsibility of CBSC to replace your order. We recommend upgrading your shipping to tracked and insured. 

For USA and International orders, please note there is only one untracked shipping option. The cost of this is $10-$15 CAD. This type will not receive a tracking number or insurance. Your package will NOT but insured. If your order does not arrive it is not the responsibility of CBSC to replace it.  Please send us an email prior to ordering if you would like to inquire about having a tracked priority shipping package to the USA or International.  Please note we are not responsible for custom/duty charges at the border or lost or stolen packages. Please double check your shipping address when purchasing. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Feel free to use the currency button to choose your currency. Please note that at checkout the currency will be shown in Canadian Dollars, but if you are purchasing from another country, your Credit Card will convert it to you currency. 

Sizing

All sheets are hand-cut to the approx. size of a piece of paper (A4) 8"x11". Due to the handout nature, some sizing will vary slightly. 

Return Policy

All sales final. If your product has been damaged during shipping, we will be happy to replace it for you. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at canadianbowsupplyco@gmail.com.
